The Guest will be charged the total price if they cancel within 14 days before arrival. If we can get the property rebooked, then the guest will receive their money back minus an administration charge.

 

Security Deposit and Property Damage

1- A Security Deposit of $500 or 10% of your total booking amount will be required by Furnished Comfort prior to or on arrival. If any damage occurs during your stay, money will be taken out of your security deposit to cover any costs. This amount will be released back once the final check-out cleaning report has been cleared.
Furnished Comfort has the authority to deduct monies from the Security Deposit or credit card to remedy any damage, excess cleaning, missing items, excess utilities caused by the tenant, or to invoice by email, fax or post for immediate payment.
Keys & Lock Outs

2- Loss of or fail to return keys incurs a fee of $55 inc GST for each key. Loss of a swipe card/remote control incurs a fee of $250. Locksmith or key replacement costs will be passed on to the guest renting the property.
Lock out fee- to provide another set of keys at the property after hours will incur a fee of $150.

 

Check out times

3- The property must be vacated by the Visitor and keys left in the property before 10:00 am on the Departure Date. Failure to depart will authorise Furnished properties to levy additional charges for rental and costs incurred.
Cancellations by guest, OR, Loss of property Cancellation

4- Only Emails will be collected from the customers.

5- Emails will be kept in our database for transaction purposes only.

6- No information will be shared/passed to a third party.

 

Payment Policy
7- Once payment is made, a confirmation and receipt of payment will be emailed to the customer. A welcoming email will also be sent with details for check-in.

8- Full payment is required if the booking is to commence right after booking.

9- For longer booking (28 days and longer), First 7 days need to be paid in advance.

10- Up to 30 days prior to the booking, the payment can be made for a minimum of 50% of the total cost.

In the unlikely instance that a property is withdrawn, Furnished Comfort will endeavour to locate a property of equivalent specifications. However, should the alternative property be unavailable or unsuitable to the guest, then guest will receive a full refund of the monies received.
